I am a native New Englander and 18 years ago I brought my accounting skill set and knowledge to the mortgage industry. As a senior loan officer I am keenly aware of the challenges faced by homebuyers and realtors; I will go the extra mile to ensure a successful transaction. I have been recognized by Citizens Bank and my peers as a customer centric loan officer, having been invited each year to the Citizen Bank President’s Club since 2008 and awarded honors for high customer satisfaction ratings. Assisting seasoned and first-time homebuyers by providing the best home financing solution for their needs is my goal. Since the inception of our medical professional home loan program in 2014, I have had the pleasure of assisting a number of doctors, residents and fellows across the country. My team has developed a keen understanding of the physician’s unique financial situation and are cognizant of the limited hours borrowers have available to compile all of the documentation needed to purchase a home.Simply, the goal of the Swane team is to make purchasing a home a seamless and smooth experience and to provide customer service that is not just the best, but memorable.
